Mô tả công việc: • Implementing the Marketing standards of international brands in Retail chain.
• Monitor and upkeep the Branding standards.
• Plan and implement the Product Launch events at all stores in country.
• Training and Development of Retail staff to maintain the Brand Standards
• Co ordinate and get Brand Info with principles.
• Standard Operating procedure on Marketing.
• Planning the Products Launch in Country.
• Events Planning and Co ordination.
• Plan and organize the Products Road shows,
• Organize to produce the proper marketing Materials of brands.
• Marketing Event schedule and implementation.
• Manage the team of Marketing Staff.
Kỹ năng công việc: * Similar capacity work experience with 3-4 years in Retail Industries.
• Good Educational back round minimum Graduation.
• Good communication ability in English & Vietnamese.
• Strong Leadership skill.
• Good Team Management skills.
• Hands on Retail Management including products display, Sales management.
• Products Demonstration skills.
• Ability to plan, execute and implementation skills.
• Able to work in pressure environment.
• Good knowledge in IT Technology.
• Mac OS and apple products knowledge would be added advantage.
• Products Launch program execution skills.
• Products Road show arrangement oversee skills.
• Ability to Manage the partner companies in Marketing.
