1. Marketing Research Associate (officer)
Common requirements:

l Should have at least of some knowledge in agricultural business.
- Working experience in agricultural business / pesticide industries is a plus.

l Should be fluent in English (Speaking / Writing).

l Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred

l Preferable Working Experience: 3 to 5 years and permanent residence in Dalat city

Duties:

ŸTo be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

ŸUnderstanding of research techniques

ŸPreparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.

ŸCreating marketing campaigns and working with the company's external PR agency to see them executed.

ŸCreating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.

ŸContributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.

ŸPlanning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.

ŸEvaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.

ŸDeveloping and implementing an internal marketing programmer.

ŸSupporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.

ŸPlan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales

Rights:

ŸWorking regime: 8hours/day under the job requirement

ŸWorking time: from 8h30 to 17h30 (01 hour of lunch rest)

ŸNumber of working day: 26days/month (All Sunday off)

ŸMethod of payment : To be paid by transfer


Responsibilities:

ŸPrevious experience in a similar marketing role.

ŸIdeally a degree in marketing although not essential.

ŸStrong and confident communicator.

ŸExcellent copywriting skills and experience.

2. Agricultural Technical Associate (Officer)
Common requirements:

l All should have at least of some knowledge in agricultural business.
- Working experience in agricultural business / pesticide industries is a plus.

l All should be fluent in English (Speaking / Writing).

l Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred

l Preferable Working Experience: 3 to 5 years and permanent residence in Dalat city

Duties:

Ÿrecord data pertaining to experimentation, research, or crop care

Ÿmeasure or weigh ingredients used in laboratory testing

Ÿprepare data summaries, reports, or analyses that include results, charts, or graphs to document research findings and results

Ÿset up laboratory or field equipment as required for site testing

Ÿprepare laboratory samples for analysis, following proper protocols to ensure that they will be stored, prepared, and disposed of efficiently and effectively

ŸExamine crop specimens to determine the presence of diseases or other problems.

3. Accountant (Bookkeeping) Associate
Common requirements:

l All should have at least of some knowledge in agricultural business.
- Working experience in agricultural business / pesticide industries is a plus.

l All should be fluent in English (Speaking / Writing).

l Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred

l Preferable Working Experience: 3 to 5 years and permanent residence in Dalat city

Duties:

ŸProven accounting experience.

ŸFamiliarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures

ŸCompetency in MS office, databases and accounting software

ŸHands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports

ŸAccuracy and attention to detail

ŸAptitude for numbers

ŸAbility to perform filing and record keeping tasks

ŸData entry and word processing skills

ŸWell-organized

ŸKeep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation

ŸKeep information confidential and secure

ŸCollect, analyze and summarize account information


Rights:
