Some candidates call us and all of them is older than 25. We required the age condition because we think it's better with we disscuss with those people who are the same generation. But the fact tell us that we made a big mistake, the people are under 30 are still so young and interesting. We already have 3 members are over 25. We have some foreign members as well.
